Quality Assurance

Mission

We provide consulting, training, auditing, assessment, measurement, research, and development services that ensure continuous individual and organizational performance improvement in support of BTI business plan.

Role

The main purpose of the department is to establish, maintain and continuously develop a Quality Management System for Bahrain Training Institute (BTI), and to assure BTI stakeholders (BTI management, departments, staff, trainees, industry and external clients) that Institute products activities and operations conform to agreed standards systems and procedures.

The main purpose is achieved through fulfilling the following duties and responsibilities:
  1. Conducting systematic quality audits on different training processes to assess conformance with BTI procedures.
  2. Proposing preventative and corrective measures for continuous improvement and realignment.
  3. Proposing measures for the improvement and enhancement of the Institute.
  4. Supporting training departments in the generation of new training programmes and the development of current programmes
  5. Ensuring that all training programmes are documented to established institutional standards
  6. Ensuring that training programmes are externally approved and accredited for certification where appropriate.
  7. Supporting training departments in the generation of new training programmes and the development of current programmes
  8. Ensuring that development includes consideration and documentation of:

    • Modular programme structure
    • Module definitions
    • Assessment strategy
