Graduates Recruitment Centre (GRC)
Introduction
The Graduates Recruitment Center is a newly formed department and its main objectives is promote BTI trainees and graduates, among private and public sector organizations and to ensure that these trainees and graduates will be their first choice for recruitment, and provides specialized services to trainees and graduates who are on the threshold of entering the professional world. The services achieve been designed to enable trainees and graduates to achieve their career goals and also, prepare them to successfully penetrate to the job market.
In general the objectives and goals for the center are as follows:- Promote BTI services and interaction with industry.
- Broaden the trainee's awareness of workplace practice.
- Provide the trainee with relevant practical experience.
- Helping in Barbarization.
- To enable trainees and graduates in making right decisions about their future careers and support them in choosing and planning their careers.
- To provide advice to trainees and graduates seeking employment opportunities in labor markets.
- To guide trainees and graduates in applying for jobs through proper training and self- initiative.
- Maintain and work together with employers in selecting the right graduates for suitable job placement schemes.
