CLS ROLE in the BTI
This department provides English Language and Communication training for BTI job seekers/trainees to enable them to function effectively both in the classroom at BTI and in the vocational environment outside BTI. It also offers special courses for corporate trainees whose language and communication needs may be more specific.
CLS KEY SERVICES and OPERATIONS:
- The department designs and delivers quality training programmes in language development and communication skills in accordance with Cambridge ESOL standards and qualifications to trainees and corporate trainees.
- It builds partnerships with BTI departments to determine specific language needs.
- It provides key language and communication support for all BTI programmes
It identifies opportunities for new training services which might generate revenue for BTI and delivers these services at a standard of quality which ensures customer satisfaction.
